Mark 7 Reloading Shooting Team
Background
In 2016, I officially started IPSC thanks to my father, who was already competing at the time. He always came back from matches with such excitement that I became curious to see what it was all about. I soon realized that dynamic shooting was exactly what I was looking for—standing in one spot and shooting just didn’t appeal to me the same way. After tagging along to a few matches, I decided to get my IPSC license too, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Through shooting, I also met my partner, Dylan Keppel. Together, we’ve traveled all over Europe, competing in around 20 IPSC matches each year. We share the same passion and drive, spending countless hours training together on the range. Having someone equally motivated makes the sport even more rewarding, as we constantly push each other to improve and keep raising the bar.
For the past few years, I competed in the Production Division with my Phoenix Redback, but recently, I made the switch to Production Optics. Dylan has always shot in optic divisions, and his enthusiasm sparked my interest. To further refine my shooting, I now use a Mark 7 reloading press, which allows me to produce even more accurate ammunition—helping me score more Alpha hits!
My next big goal? Standing on the podium at the 2026 European Championship in Hungary! I’m training harder than ever to make that happen, and I hope to see you all there.
See you at the range!
What You Reload On and Why?
However, the physical strain from all the manual work was starting to add up. We both realized something had to change to maintain the level of performance we needed. After trying an autodrive on his old press, Dylan still felt limited by its capabilities and knew we needed a more efficient solution.
That’s when Dylan decided to upgrade to the Mark 7 Apex 10. It was a game-changer. The precision, automation, and efficiency of the Apex 10 allowed him to reload high-quality, consistent match ammo for both of us—without the physical toll. The new system significantly reduced the time and energy required to reload our ammo, making a noticeable difference in our daily routines.
Now, with the Mark 7 Apex 10 and autodrive, Dylan can reload our 75,000+ rounds a year quickly and effortlessly. It gives us more time to focus on training and competing. Most importantly, it provides us with total confidence in our ammo every time we step on the range. We know we’re using the best, and that peace of mind is invaluable.
