Always Improving

Mark 7 was founded on the idea of taking something good - a progressive press - and making it even better - by adding automation. We are always working to refine and improve our presses and accessories to perform more safely, more efficiently, and more reliably. Our Revolution and Evolution Commercial presses have produced millions of rounds in the field and we are continuously listening to customer feedback to provide improvements and upgrades. Here are some of the recent updates for the Rev and Evo systems:

• Infrared Case Feed Switch - Changed from a mechanical switch, allowing more seamless transitions through the case feed due to no replaceable parts and the ability to work with every case, including polymer - (00:30)
• Tool Head - All Tool Head's now have integrated, duel guide rod assembly, which helps fight off reginity and deflection while reloading - (00:56)
  
• Primer Rocker Bolt - Bolt changed to stud, allowing for faster changing and easier servicing of the front of the press frame - (01:20)
  
• Primer Pocket Depth - Added an over travel limit, preventing you from pushing your primer too deep, preventing any potential damage caused by doing so - (01:35)
  
• Increased opening to press frame - This allows for easier access grease fittings in the crank assembly - (01:51)
  
• Steel Upper Case Feed Housing - Upgraded to Steel to match with the lower housing, allowing for more longevity as well as the ability to use the Gen 2 Titan Eject Fingers - (02:02)
  
• Index Pawl Set Screw Adjustment - Enlarged access, making it easier to Advance or Retard the Shell Plate - (02:21)
  
• Top Stop - Added a set screw to lock it in place, helpimg limit upward travel of the press - (02:34)
  
• Index Assembly - Now uses Helicoil insert in index ball set screw, holding position much longer and requiring less maintenance. We've also gone from an aluminum to a steel case feed cam, improving longevity - (02:48)
