GEN 1 Apex 10 Shuttle Priming Update Kit

This kit can be used to update the GEN 1 Apex priming system. Updates include:

• Revised Primer Disks
  • The Large and Small Primer Disks have optimized dimensioning to work with the new Load Plates, resulting in improved Primer support and more precise positioning above the Primer Punch for better seating repeatability.
• Load Plates
  • The Load Plate (formerly plastic) is now precision-machined aluminum, creating a more robust part, increasing the working life substantially.
  • The new Load Plates have a Teflon Hard-Coat Anodize finish, which provides a durable and low friction surface to guide the Primers into position.
  • Tight-tolerance mounting slots have been added to allow for more precise positioning and to reduce the chances of misalignment.  
  • The Primer path profile has been updated to reduce jams and improve primer insertion (less ‘hitching’ due to the Load Plate misalignment).
  • Custom designed screw to better position and secure the Load Plate.
